Chelsea have moved ahead of rivals Arsenal in the race to sign Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez, according to Sport. The west London club still have €150m left to spend on a player whose contract at the Santiago Bernabeu runs until the end of June 2020. Spanish outlet Sport claim the Blues are now most interested in the Colombian and are prepared to spend a whopping £78m on the 25-year-old.

Eduardo Serio, a zookeeper at the Black Jaguar White Tiger zoo in Mexico City was saved from a potential leopard attack by a tiger. A video of the dramatic incident shows Serio playing with a group of six lions around him oblivious to the danger behind as Dharma the leopard tries to sneak up on him.
