Godswill Akpabio Runs to Lai Mohammed, Begs for Cover

When I saw this I laughed hard because the story is too funny to believe. A source said the former governor, Godswill Akpabio, met Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, and begged for cover:
“We are now interested in joining APC. Tell Mr. President that Akwa Ibom State is now ready to play national politics. I regret my actions while in office as the Governor,” Akpabio was quoted as saying. This sounds like propaganda but don’t trust a politician.

A 6.2-magnitude earthquake has struck northeast Afghanistan near the country’s borders with Pakistan and Tajikistan, according to the US Geological Survey (USGS), with tremors being felt as far as New Delhi.
