AC Milan’s kitman Mustapha Medhoun arrested for stealing kit

AC Milans kitman Mustapha Medhoun arrested for stealing kit
It often feels like whenever AC Milan hit the headlines these days, it’s bad news.
The Rossoneri, one of the great football clubs on the planet, endured a tough campaign last season as their elite status in the current game faded into the background.
Milan still seem off the pace this season, they are seventh in Serie A, and eleven points behind San Siro co-sharers Inter.
This week a sad story has come out of Milanello.
52-year-old kitman Mustapha Medhoun was arrested this week for stealing kit. Medhoun has been an employe of the club for 12 years.
He was caught on CCTV stealing shirts, shorts and socks, after the cameras were secretly installed in the dressing room after several players had complained about losing their belongings.
Italian police raided Mustapha Medhoun’s home, where they discovered hundreds of stolen items of AC Milan equipment.
Mustapha Medhoun is the brother-in-law of Milan’s general manager Adriano Galliani’s third wife.

Cesc Fabregas the ‘Rat’ who turned against Mourinho? Nothing could be further from the truth [Telegraph]

Jose Mourinho’s sacking at Chelsea has led to all sort of plot twists and intrigue. Far from a routine results-oriented sacking, there was a lot more to Mourinho’s sacking than meets the eye, the conspiracy theorists insist. A narrative of a dressing room mutiny has persisted throughout the season, and ultimately proved to be Mourinho’s downfall – again if you believe in the smoke and mirrors stuff.
