Tottenham 1-2 Newcastle: McClaren changes stun Spurs

 GOAL
Ayoze Perez ended Tottenham's 14-game unbeaten run with an injury time winner as Newcastle stunned White Hart Lane. The hosts dominated proceedings in the first half, with Newcastle struggling to keep up the Tottenham's pace in attack, and Eric Dier broke the deadlock with a header from Christian Eriksen's corner delivery.

Newcastle took advantage of a Tottenham lull after the break and built momentum until substitute Aleksandar Mitrovic toe-poked in an equaliser after hesitation in the Spurs defence.

The game was heading for a draw until Perez showed composure to squeeze the ball under Hugo Lloris for a third consecutive win at White Hart Lane.
